NEWS

We are pleased to announce that CASTEM will exhibit at the Mechanical Components & Technology Expo, part of Manufacturing World Tokyo 2026, held at Tokyo Big Sight from July 1 to July 3, 2026.

At the exhibition, visitors will discover CASTEM’s comprehensive manufacturing solutions that support projects from rapid prototyping to mass production. Featured technologies include Digital Cast®, a mold-free casting service capable of producing metal parts from a single unit, Try-Yaru Mold, an affordable prototyping solution for Metal Injection Molding (MIM), and investment casting for high-volume production.

In addition to sample displays and technical presentations, our engineering team will provide one-on-one consultations on metal component manufacturing, helping visitors identify optimal production methods for cost reduction, design optimization, and a smooth transition to mass production.

■ Presentation on “Digital Cast®” – Mold-Free Metal Casting from a Single Piece

Technical presentations will be held every 30 minutes, introducing the principles of mold-free casting and its applications in prototype development, replacement parts, maintenance components, and custom tooling.

■ “Try-Yaru Mold” – Low-Cost MIM Prototyping Starting with a ¥190,000 Tooling Fee

Visitors can learn about our economical MIM tooling program, designed for prototyping complex, thin-wall, and precision metal components in small production volumes.

■ High-Strength Aluminum Alloy Castings (A6061 / A7075)

Samples of aluminum alloy castings manufactured using both investment casting and Digital Cast® technologies will be on display, showcasing lightweight yet high-strength solutions for demanding industrial applications.

Live Casting Demonstration and Visitor Giveaway

CASTEM will also host its popular live casting demonstrations throughout the exhibition.

Visitors will receive complimentary novelty items cast from a low-melting-point alloy that can be melted in hot water, offering a unique opportunity to experience casting technology firsthand.

Whether you work in engineering, product development, procurement, manufacturing, or production technology, our team will be pleased to discuss your challenges and recommend the most suitable manufacturing solution.

We look forward to welcoming you to the CASTEM booth.
